We started CSC in 2020 with a simple idea: US companies deserve bilingual support that's culturally aligned, time-zone friendly, and built around their actual workflow — not a generic offshore script.

Our story

CSC Solutions was founded in 2020 to bridge the gap between US businesses and the deep pool of bilingual talent in Mexico. We saw companies struggling with two things at once: rising customer service costs in the US, and underserved Spanish-speaking customers who needed real conversations, not a translation app.

Tijuana-based entrepreneur who's spent the past decade connecting US companies with bilingual nearshore talent in Mexico. At CSC, Val sets strategic direction across customer experience, back office, and digital services — drawing on parallel ventures in recruiting (Swiftlee), packaging (Synergy), and cross-border sourcing (Smarther). Active community volunteer with Corazón, Inc. in Baja California.

Owns CSC's commercial pipeline end-to-end — from first contact through new-client onboarding. Josh leads discovery calls with prospective US companies, scopes their bilingual support needs, and partners with operations to design the right staffing model. The person clients call when they're ready to expand their engagement.

Zara Vega
VP of Operations
Runs CSC's day-to-day delivery across Tijuana, Mexico City, and Guadalajara. Zara owns the agent training pipeline, quality assurance scoring, schedule adherence, and KPI reporting for every managed account. When something goes sideways on a shift, she's the one who hears about it first.
